Jeff Ruttner is a long time coach whose experience includes coaching high school and college runners in his native Montreal, Quebec, as well as training charity runners who were just getting started, or looking to set personal bests.

Jeff represented Canada in the 1993 Maccabiah games, where he helped the team win a silver medal. Jeff has run numerous marathons, half-marathons and other races, with a marathon best of 2:35 at he Mohawk Hudson River Marathon, where he came in second place. He was also chosen by Brooks, to be a member of the prestigious Brooks ID (Inspire Daily) program, a group of runners and coaches who help promote running.

Jeff, who is 47 years old, but still runs like a man half his age, lives with his wife and children in Passaic, New Jersey.

Atara Weisberger, M.A., CPT, is a lifelong runner. Atara ran the NYC Marathon in 2010 (and will in 2013 as well), numerous half marathons, sprint triathalons, and any other fun race she can find. Atara has been training women to run for several years for short and longer distance races and coached track at Frisch High School.

Atara is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, fitness nutrition specialist, and nutrition coach for weight loss focusing on behavior change. She works with clients locally as well as online and by phone for distance clients.

Atara lives in Passaic, NJ with her lovely family.
